Natalia Goldberg appeared twice on the cover of regional magazine Alanya Time as the official representative of GOLDAS GROUP. Publications dated January 2023 and May 2024 — during the company's active operations with clients.
Who is Natalia Goldberg
Natalia Yuryevna Goldberg (Samkova; also Natalie Goldberg, Natalia Goldberg; born 9 June 1981 (per Alanya Prosecutor's Office materials)) — a citizen of the Russian Federation, owner and general director of GOLDAS GROUP Gayrimenkul Emlak İnşaat Turizm Ticaret Limited Şirketi (Alanya, Turkey).
Under her management, the company sold (and continues to sell!) apartments in residential complexes under construction in Alanya. According to claimants and court case materials, after receiving money from buyers, apartments were not handed over and money was not returned. Documented losses from known court cases amount to hundreds of thousands of euros. The number of affected parties is at least 16 people, including citizens of Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine and other countries.
How it worked
Buyers were sold apartments in residential complexes under construction in Alanya. After receiving the money — apartments were not delivered and money was not returned.
According to available information, the actual developer denies receiving full payment under several contracts and states they cannot assist the affected buyers. At the same time, at the prosecutor's questioning, the Paşaoğlu brothers stated they had not received any money from Goldberg — directly contradicting the documented receipts confirming the transfer of at least 800,000 EUR.
GOLDAS GROUP Sales Properties
GOLDAS GROUP sold apartments in several residential complexes in Alanya, including the Life Garden project (Oba Mahallesi, Esentepe Cad., Ada 323, Parsel 5, Blok A, Alanya). This is not the only property — the scheme was applied to several projects.

Goldberg's activities and GOLDAS GROUP-related structures were not limited to Turkey. According to available information, the company also operated an office in Moscow (Russia) at: Shelepikhinskaya Embankment, 34k2b3 — and it ceased operations just as suddenly: without warning, without refunding clients' money, without explanation.
In Alanya, the company rented an office for a long time at Alanyum Shopping Center (Cumhuriyet Mah., Keykubat Bulvarı No. 219, Alanya). After the civil cases were lost and bailiffs initiated enforcement proceedings — the office was closed: furniture and equipment were removed, staff ceased to respond.
Despite this, the website goldas.group continues to operate and accept inquiries from potential clients.
